By signing a work order, the customer authorizes the repair work set forth to be done along with the necessary material and agrees that we are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond the company’s control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by the supplier or transporter. The customer grants permission to operate the vehicle herein described on streets, highways or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is acknowledged on listed vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto.
Original estimates do not include sales tax. Our Labor prices are a contract amount for service performed and do not represent actual working time. A storage charge of $40.00 per day after 72 hours’ notice. We make a separate charge for storage and disposal of toxic waste. Rather than recover these costs by increasing our labor rates to all of our customers, we make this charge only on those particular repairs or services which generate wastes.

Prices are subject to change. No returns on electrical or special or special-order parts. No returns on electrical parts. No goods accepted for return without invoice or after 15 days. No refunds after 15 days. All price quotes are good for 30 days. 20% handling charge on all returns. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental incomes. Refund checks will not be issued until complete verification of clearance of original check is received by customer bank. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for the particular purpose, and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of these parts.
